Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized Account Manager to join our HubDP program team at Amazon. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a pool of local stores, as well as building relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with HubDP store owners and community leaders to cultivate trust and drive business growth.
- Operational Support: Provide lifecycle management and operational support for on-boarded stores, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, and assigning job duties.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences, and find practical solutions to complex problems.
- Communication: Provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Metrics and Reporting: Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations, working closely with Operations and CO teams to ensure regular communications.
Requirements
- Education: A degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Relevant experience in logistics, data analysis, and communication.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English, and experience working with the MS Office suite.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to visit HubDP Stores/Delivery Stations (regional level).
- Work Schedule: Ability to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: Relevant experience in managing people and identifying problems to build scalable processes.
