About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Ecommerce Catalogue team as a Marketplace Catalogue Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the enrichment of our catalogue creation, reporting to the Head of the department, and managing all aspects of the product lifecycle, including merchandising, new products, sales, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Catalogue Manager in organizing and managing digital content (images and product descriptions) for all brands.
  • Update existing product content/images on the marketplaces, while adding new products where applicable.
  • Daily use of Tradebyte and our PIM to manage catalogues updates.
  • Collaborate with product managers to fully understand product assortment, deliveries, merchandising strategy, etc.
  • Creation of the offer for each season. Management and updating the product catalogue. Identification and correction of incidents through our PIM.
  • Uploading product images to the sales channels through our PIM.
  • Creation of product categories and categorisation.
  • Pricing: Full price and sale prices.
  • Interdepartmental collaboration. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Strong organization skills & multi-tasking.

Requirements

  • Successfully managed digital assets and online catalogs for marketplaces.
  • High working knowledge of CMS platforms (Tradebyte desirable).
  • High level Excel skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized. Teamwork. Adaptation to deadlines.
