About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Operations Specialist to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our marketplace team, you will be responsible for optimizing processes to improve performance, leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement strategies to optimize marketplace performance
  • Develop and maintain data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
  • Measure and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for optimization
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in project management and data analysis. You should have excellent written and spoken English and Spanish skills, as well as strong knowledge of Google Spreadsheets/Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
