Role Overview
As part of our expansion, we are seeking a seasoned Marketplace Channel Manager to enhance our operations.
- Oversee the performance of our three brands across prominent European third-party platforms, acting as the primary liaison.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both within the organization and externally, to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, safeguard brand integrity, optimize product performance, and ensure smooth operations.
- Craft and implement a detailed marketplace strategy customized for each platform and brand, taking into account regional market dynamics, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with platforms to address challenges and identify strategic opportunities.
- Work alongside merchandise planners to analyze weekly sales data, presenting insights, potential opportunities, and recommendations for product assortments.
- Stay informed about new features and initiatives that can enhance customer experience and boost revenue and profitability.
- Proactively identify and resolve product, service, and marketplace-related issues.
- Encourage a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team and across departments.

Candidate Expectations
- Demonstrated experience in managing and trading fashion brands on European online marketplaces, including platforms like El Corte Inglés, La Redoute, About You, and Amazon.
- Background in Fashion, Beauty, or Lifestyle sectors is advantageous.
- Proficient in business analytical tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CMS).
- Familiarity with marketplace tools (e.g., Tradebyte) is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with international partners.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Detail-oriented approach, ensuring precision in analytics and adherence to marketplace standards.
