About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Optimization Specialist to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our marketplace team, you will be responsible for optimizing processes to improve performance, leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize marketplace performance
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketplace initiatives
  • Measure and report on marketplace performance, providing insights to inform business decisions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a project management role
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of Google Spreadsheets/Microsoft Excel and data analysis (SQL/Python)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a bias towards data-driven decision making
