About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Optimization Specialist to join our team at Hellotickets. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for optimizing the checkout process and improving the Payment Authorization Rate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize the checkout process to improve conversion rates
  • Enhance the Payment Authorization Rate for various payment methods
  • Navigate the complexities of a multi-country web environment to ensure efficient payment processing
  • Lead design and UX changes to improve conversion rates and enhance the customer journey
  • Use data and metrics to inform your strategy and success criteria
  • Test new features in a staging environment
  • Create Jira tickets to be actioned by developers and answer questions on such tickets
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Experience in Web B2C e-commerce or marketplace
  • Strong SQL skills and other programming knowledge
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation, UX best practices, and digital analytics tools
  • Growth mentality and strong data analysis capabilities
  • Excellent written and spoken English
