Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with software vendors to navigate the onboarding process for the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace, ensuring compliance with marketplace requirements and driving adoption of best practices.
- Provide guidance and enablement to vendors not familiar with the two-tier distribution model, assisting them in understanding the nuances of channel strategy implementation and optimizing their approach for marketplace success.
- Ensure vendors adhere to Microsoft's guidelines and policies for listing and selling software on the marketplace, providing guidance on licensing, pricing, and security standards.
- Serve as the internal go-to-person for operational support on Microsoft marketplace onboarding tasks, including SaaSOps, SaaS LCM, and private offer management.
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to educate internal stakeholders across local entities on the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace, enabling them to provide effective support to vendors and drive revenue growth.
