Warranty Claims Expert

About the role: The Warranty Claim Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers and Service Providers to maximize customer satisfaction. This involves building a best-in-class and high-efficiency warranty operation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely warranty report verification and warranty reimbursement in accordance with warranty operation management policy.
- Collect and analyze warranty information with reports.
- Provide warranty operation inquiry and policy explanation to service partners.
- Conduct abnormal warranty inspections and regular warranty audits to continuously improve warranty business.
- Manage warranty parts, audit discarded warranty parts, and assist with special events and related processes.
- Organize and conduct onsite training for warranty business and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Your profile: Bachelor's degree or higher. OEM experience is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Other European languages may be considered an advantage. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and cross-functional coordination ability. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment. NEV Technical background is preferred.
