Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Lead to join our team at TUI Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of our strategic and technological changes across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed implementation plans for user groups and impacted teams, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Coordinate with user groups and impacted teams to ensure resource availability to support implementation plans.
  • Maintain an implementation risk and issues log, escalating to the Head of Transformational Strategy and Business Design when necessary.
  • Work with impacted teams to ensure clear business readiness acceptance criteria and support from the point of implementation.
  • Manage the overall implementation training approach, plan, and delivery effectiveness in collaboration with other transformation and Business Process owners.
  • Responsible for managing the overall communication approach, plan, and stakeholder management.
  • Facilitate successful change management by establishing a common change impact assessment and readiness approach.
  • Coach, support, and provide continuous feedback across the transformation team and business as the change subject matter expert.
  • Coordinate post-go live support to ensure users have 'hyper care' and that any issues are quickly understood and rectified.
  • Responsible for regular reviews of how the introduced change is performing alongside the Technology Product team.

Requirements:

  • Experience of leading and delivering successful international organizational change programs.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is desired.
  • Strong relationship and networking skills, able to effectively influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • An authentic, credible leader of people with a passion to drive improvements in our business.
  • Pragmatic and organized, able to manage complexity and ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Strong team player with the ability to challenge, provide leadership, and effectively coach others.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Power Automate, Visio, and Miro.
  • Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
