Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a decisive role in preserving the intellectual capital, assets, and integrity of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ISA Finance Senior Director and the Management Team in defining the commercial strategy and in business development.
  • Provide ad hoc information and analysis as required, leveraging BCG's central information resources or providing locally.
  • Develop and implement key strategic initiatives defined for the ISA Finance function, alongside the broader regional and global finance community.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across GEOs to drive content generation and implementation of key initiatives.
  • Establish strong collaborative relationships and demonstrate ability to get things done both through formal channels and the informal network.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in consulting firms (i.e. Project Leader/Engagement Manager like).
  • Excellent English and Spanish skills (verbal and written communication).
  • Portuguese desirable.
