Main Responsibilities:

Lead the integration of CTI solutions and associated software in various CRM implementations.

Support sales teams in opportunities requiring CTI integration, contact center solutions, voice, and multichannel solutions.

Collaborate with the innovation team to evaluate alternatives, proofs of concept, or new technologies related to voice in the CRM environment.

Enter the Salesforce environment, leading projects and supporting services related to contact centers and customer services.

Coordinate and follow up on integrations development teams (REST, SOAP, API).

Participate in analysis, documentation, testing, and support tasks according to project/client needs.

Act as an internal and external consultant in CTI environments.

Be the point of contact with CTI vendors that need to be incorporated into a CRM project.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

5+ years of experience in projects/maintenance of CTI solutions.

Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.

High level of English.
