You'll work closely with the Business Development and Business Solutions team, who will provide support, guidance, and coaching to ensure you have the best possible chance of success.

Responsibilities of the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to create revenue growth in Spain. This will be a new addition to the incumbent team. Therefore, we're looking for an ambitious, results-oriented seller who wants to be part of a fast-growing business. This role will be responsible for generating new revenue from brands direct and media agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new revenue from brands direct and media agencies
  • Build new, profitable relationships with digital buyers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Business Solutions team to ensure success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continually learn and improve

Requirements

  • +4 years in digital ad sales
  • Great relationships with digital buyers (brands and media agencies)
  • The ability to build new, profitable relationships fast
  • New business specialist – hunter
  • Autonomous, resilient, and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Results-driven
  • Coachable
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-ups preferred
