About the Role

Cognizant Netcentric is seeking a highly skilled IT Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through the effective use of technology.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Requirements Analysis: You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate those needs into technical requirements.
  2. Technical Solution Design: You will design and develop web-based solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.
  3. Project Management: You will assist in the management of projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
  4. Stakeholder Communication: You will communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
  5. Technical Skills: You will have a solid understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web application integrations.
Requirements
  1. Strong Communication Skills: You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  2. Technical Experience: You will have hands-on experience with web-based content management systems (CMS) and a solid understanding of web development technologies.
  3. Business Acumen: You will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  4. Collaboration: You will be able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
