Job Summary

The Program Coordinator is a key role within the School's programs, responsible for delivering and managing day-to-day projects and activities. This position serves as the primary interface between students, professors, and multiple IE departments, coordinating tasks, managing communication flows, and implementing guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with students to resolve issues, offer advice, and provide support with empathy and professionalism.
  • Co-manage relationships with class representatives and support students facing academic difficulties.
  • Manage written and oral communications with students, including regular updates and information sessions.
  • Identify ways to improve the student experience using feedback.
  • Liaise with professors to communicate student situations, request feedback, and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with other IE departments to ensure a successful student experience.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of new curricular and extracurricular innovations.
  • Supervise and coordinate Program Assistants and take responsibility for special program components.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Bilingual or advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with substantial professional experience in both languages.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience required.
  • Valid EU work permit required.
  • International experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management capabilities and customer management skills.
  • Experience in multi-stakeholder environments and excellent communication skills.
