Role Overview

The Sales IT Team at Semrush is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to support the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of our Sales IT portfolio. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-departmental stakeholders to drive business processes to full completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Sales IT and stakeholders to implement and integrate Salesforce applications.
  • Develop business capabilities to enact strategy and translate business problems into thoughtful business requirements.
  • Support efforts to review, improve, and streamline commercial business systems and processes.
  • Coordinate efforts across teams to improve lead-to-cash reporting and analytics.
  • Play a lead role in the administration of SFDC-integrated applications that support sales processes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of quote-to-cash operations with growing responsibilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and administering sales applications.
  • Knowledge of declarative programming on the SFDC platform is highly desired.
  • Understanding of the SaaS business model and cloud-based services.
  • Proven creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
