Job Summary
LevelTen Energy is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to support our global customer-facing teams. As a key member of our operations team, you will own and improve our Salesforce instance, providing day-to-day support, ensuring optimal performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage our Salesforce instance and roadmap
• Provide day-to-day support with Salesforce and related systems
• Ensure optimal performance, functionality, and user experience in Salesforce
• Support integrations with Sales and Customer Success technology suite
• Monitor and improve user adoption

Requirements
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Administration, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning and managing sales & marketing tools and integrations
• Salesforce certification required
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and a bias towards action
