We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Advisor to join our team in Magherafelt branch. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries, and servicing
- Building relationships and finding solutions for our customers
- Developing knowledge of services and products to help our customers
- Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Effective communication skills to understand customer needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
