Job Title: Global HSE Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Global HSE Manager to join our Grid Integration Business Unit - Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPQSS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of a suitable HSE management system across GPQSS, aligned to BU HSE strategic and operational management needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the GPQSS Global ISO certification program for the HSE related parts.
  • Lead the regional GPQSS HSE Managers community to develop suitable HSE & Sustainability governance models, including internal audit program, significant tools and KPI, specific trainings modules for the whole GPQSS organization.
  • Act as the overall HSE & Sustainability Manager for the Power Electronics GCoCs.
  • Join the BU HSE&Sust. Leadership team, participating, supporting, facilitating, implementing and deploying the strategic and tactical programs under the leadership of the BU HSE&S function.
Your Background:
  • University degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in HSE
  • Experience in project management, ideally at global or regional level, preferably in the energy, power, or oil & gas industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the capability to effectively collaborate within and support matrixed leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledgeable of ISO, NEBOSH and IOSH certifications
  • Fluent in English
  • Availability to travel (around 20%)
