Job Opportunity: HSE Manager/Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager/Technician to join our team at Quirónprevención in Romania. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HSE strategies and policies
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into project planning and execution
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HSE Manager/Technician
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working on projects related to renewable energy, wind farms, construction, and civil works
  • Fluent English language skills
  • GWO training certification
