We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager/Technician to join our team at Quirónprevención, a leading company in the renewable energy sector. As a HSE Manager/Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and the communities we serve.

About the Role

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in HSE, preferably with experience in wind farm projects. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and address HSE concerns
  • Provide HSE training and support to employees
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a HSE Manager/Technician (5+ years)
  • Experience working on wind farm projects or similar renewable energy projects
  • Fluent English language skills
  • GWO Training certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
