About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global HSE Manager to join our Grid Integration Business Unit - Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPQSS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a suitable HSE management system across GPQSS, aligned to BU HSE strategic and operational management needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HSE management system, ensuring alignment with BU HSE strategic and operational management needs;
- Manage and support the GPQSS Global ISO certification program for HSE-related parts;
- Lead the regional GPQSS HSE Managers community to develop suitable HSE & Sustainability governance models, including internal audit programs, significant tools, and KPIs;
- Act as the overall HSE & Sustainability Manager for the Power Electronics GCoCs;
- Participate in the BU HSE&S Leadership team, supporting strategic and tactical programs under the leadership of the BU HSE&S function.
Your Background
- University degree in a relevant field;
- At least 10 years of experience in HSE, with a strong background in project management, preferably at a global or regional level, in the energy, power, or oil & gas industry;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within and support matrixed leadership and cross-functional teams;
- Knowledgeable of ISO, NEBOSH, and IOSH certifications;
- Fluent in English, with the ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
