Key Responsibilities- Provide expert consulting services to the Human Resources Department, specifically in Success Factors, Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, and People Analytics.
- Manage internal client relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with IT, HR, and Legal teams.
- Collaborate on HR & Legal projects related to the IT department, focusing on management and execution.
- Monitor project budgets and select suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage incidents and changes in the Service Desk, maintaining SLA compliance and quality standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing support to Human Resources from the Technology area in SAP Success Factors.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
- Languages: Excellent level of English and Spanish is an asset.
- Competencies: Desire to work in an International Information Systems environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and management skills, and proven problem-solving abilities.
