The Role

We're seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our Database Services Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering Oracle Database-related solutions for all applications within the IFS Cloud Suite. This role requires a strong understanding of database operations, backup solutions, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Database Operations

Follow established processes to maintain and support our database services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

DBA Support

Provide expert support to internal teams and customers, addressing issues and providing guidance on database-related matters.

Escalation Point

Act as the final point of escalation for complex database issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve problems.

Investigations and Corrective Actions

Collaborate with internal and external teams to investigate and resolve database-related issues, ensuring timely corrective actions.

Product Improvement

Work closely with R&D and CSA teams to provide feedback and guidance on improving the IFS product set in future releases.

Backup Solutions

Implement and maintain backup solutions for the IFS Application suite, ensuring data integrity and customer satisfaction.
