Job Summary
We are seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Supervisor to join our new & growing team of specialized technicians maintaining and supporting customer's facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide up-to-date site surveys, records, and reports regarding works completed and actions needed to aid quoting of new or replacement equipment.
- Complete servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosis & repair of HVACR equipment but also preventative maintenance of various types of HVACR systems.
- As an Industrial Refrigeration Supervisor, you are the primary contact for all technical service issues, accountable for resolving highly complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs.
- Work mainly with the company's largest customers in the Munster & Leinster area across the retail, commercial & pharmaceutical sectors.
- Provide technical coaching to team members & coordinate their on-site work activity.
- Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do.
Requirements
Although often working without accompaniment, you will be part of a team and contribute towards its success.
