Logistics and Warehouse Operations Leader

Your ResponsibilitiesAs a key player in our organization, you will:
- Oversee daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of large electronic products and components.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage the flow of goods, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics with customers and service centers.
- Monitor and control the warehouse management system, ensuring accurate material movements and bookings.
- Maintain oversight of warehouse processes, stock levels, and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Actively participate in daily operations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management protocols, collaborating with various departments.
- Implement safety measures and support external audits.
- Identify training needs and facilitate employee development.
- Optimize warehouse processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency.
- Coordinate the unloading of large components, ensuring the availability of necessary equipment.
- Serve as the primary contact for logistics, liaising with purchasing, sales, quality management, and safety teams, while providing essential reports and KPIs.
- Engage with local suppliers to enhance service quality and budget management.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Extensive experience in warehouse management and logistics within a technical industry.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 level) is essential, as these will be your primary working languages.
- Familiarity with Spanish health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Previous management experience is preferred.
- A strong focus on service and quality.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to understand complex processes and think interdisciplinary.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for process optimization.
- Experience in an international setting is advantageous.
