About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team at Sungrow - EMEA. As a Finance Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Assist in the management and processing of invoices received and issued, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Query Resolution: Resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices, providing clear and concise communication.
  • Accounting Support: Assist in daily accounting activities such as recording transactions, maintaining financial records, and preparing financial reports.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable: Assist in controlling accounts receivables and payables, ensuring prompt payment and minimizing outstanding balances.
  • Travel Expense Review: Assist in reviewing travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ad-hoc Financial Tasks: Perform various ad-hoc financial tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written, with Mandarin being a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
