Logistics and Warehouse Operations Leader

Your ResponsibilitiesIn this pivotal role, you will:
- Oversee daily operations within the warehouse, focusing on large electronic products and components, specifically PV inverters.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage the flow of goods, ensuring efficient coordination between customers, the warehouse, and the repair center.
- Monitor and control the warehouse management system, ensuring accurate material movements and bookings.
- Maintain responsibility for stock levels, warehouse processes, and regular inventory checks.
- Actively participate in daily operations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management protocols, collaborating with various departments.
- Implement safety measures and support audits conducted by external agencies.
- Identify training needs and facilitate employee development.
- Optimize warehouse processes and workflows for improved efficiency.
- Coordinate the unloading of large components, ensuring the right machinery and tools are available.
- Serve as the primary contact for logistics and warehouse-related matters, collaborating with purchasing, sales, quality management, and safety teams.
- Engage with local suppliers to enhance service quality and budget management.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Extensive experience in warehouse management and logistics within a technical industry.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level) is essential, as these will be your primary working languages.
- Familiarity with Spanish health and safety regulations and relevant laws.
- Previous management experience is preferred.
- A strong service orientation and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to understand complex processes and think interdisciplinary.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Experience in an international work environment is advantageous.
