HR Trainee

Welcome to your new opportunity at Sungrow In collaboration with the HR Generalist, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in various projects within the Human Resources department.
• Providing HR support across a diverse range of activities.
• Managing personnel administration, including recurring documentation, supplier relations, and approval processes.
• Conducting data analysis and generating both standard and customized reports.
• Creating and interpreting dashboards for performance tracking.
• Engaging in local and international HR projects.
• Developing partnerships with educational institutions.
• Supporting the logistics of job fairs.
• Occasionally assisting in resource management and general affairs.
• Facilitating internal communication processes related to HR.
• Providing support with the HRMS system.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with proficiency in Mandarin considered an advantage.
• Strong skills in MS Office applications.
• A detail-oriented, patient, and responsible approach to daily operational tasks.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to share your expertise.
