Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Oilandgas.Org. As a key member of our IT Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT Infrastructure Management
    • Plan and administer IT budgets and cost control
    • Implement and enforce IT management policies, security standards, and procedures
    • Support and maintain IT infrastructure asset management, including hardware lifecycle management and software licensing
  • End-User Support
    • Provide timely and effective support to end-users, ensuring optimal service levels
    • Maintain relevant IT documentation and ensure it is up-to-date
    • Support and maintain IT infrastructure security standards, aligned with our security policy
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Establish strong relationships with users and other support teams
    • Act as a local point of contact for all IT issues and ensure engagement with the appropriate IT groups
    • Use the helpdesk as the central point for all IT issues and service requests

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in a complex IT infrastructure environment
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in offering support on IT infrastructure, including servers, clients, printers, and other standardized peripherals, data communication, voice communication, and required components
