We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to drive the CX programs for our RRP brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the fundamentals for the activation of our brand to deliver a superior consumer brand experience in the assigned market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement CX Platforms: Create and execute CX platforms for designated markets, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and target consumers.
- Consumer Engagement and Activation: Identify and execute efficient and innovative approaches to engage and excel in reaching consumers throughout their entire consumption journey.
- Collaboration and Resource Allocation: Work closely with internal stakeholders to secure optimal resource allocation, adhering to defined budget and brand guidelines.
- Agency Management and Briefing: Design detailed briefings for agencies involved in CX platforms, ensuring alignment with various internal departments.
- Consumer Insights and Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of each platform to uncover powerful insights for consumers and short and medium-term strategies for CX platforms.
- Brand Strategy Alignment: Ensure alignment with the brand's strategy and plans within the respective market.
- Tactical Budget Management: Responsible for tactical management of the local budget, ensuring proper allocation, correct phasing, and execution of activities according to the established plan.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Activation Team, fostering a collaborative OneTeam mindset.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Experience: +5 years relevant experience in defining and building brand activation, marketing, or trade marketing in Food, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Tobacco (RRP).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Technical Skills: Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
