About the Role

The SAP Business Technology Platform Customer Success Partner is a key role in driving the adoption and growth of SAP BTP services. As a technical advisory and guidance expert, you will work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and develop activation plans to ensure successful implementation of SAP BTP.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advisory and guidance to customers on SAP BTP services and solutions.
  • Develop and execute activation plans to drive customer adoption and growth of SAP BTP services.
  • Partner with customers to understand their technical needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Cloud Success Services, Account Teams, and Product Management groups, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of SAP BTP services.
  • Manage complex organizational dynamics and customer relationships to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of integration, application, data, infrastructure, and security technology domains in the enterprise software world.
  • Professional knowledge of cloud software solutions and cloud delivery models.
  • Ability to understand and consult on solution architectures.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and account management skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and customer empathy.
  • Ability to manage complex organizational dynamics and customer relationships.
  • Understanding of SAP solutions portfolio and BTP services.
  • Understanding and implementation experience with one or more SAP Solutions, in particular S4/HANA.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in the IT Industry.
