SAP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Business Technology Platform (BTP) Customer Success Partner team as an Acceleration Team member. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing technical advisory and guidance to implementation leaders in assigned accounts to ensure activation and adoption of the SAP BTP portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively partner with RISE with SAP and Pay-As-You-Go customers to sustainably increase consumption of SAP BTP services.
- Coordinate activities with the Account team to drive alignment across SAP and customer resources.
- Analyze customer technical needs and execute activation plans for assigned customers.
- Instruct and prepare customers to make the best use of the solution, in alignment with their project goals, SAP strategy, and roadmap.
- Act as a voice of the customer to internal SAP stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various groups, including Cloud Success Services, Account Teams, Product Management, Support, Services, Partners, etc.
- Broad understanding of Integration, Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Security technology domains in the enterprise software world.
- Professional knowledge of cloud software solutions and cloud delivery models.
- Ability to understand and consult on solution architectures.
- Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and account management skills.
- Experience hosting and managing digital events with a broad international and multicultural audience.
- Strong customer service mindset and customer empathy.
- Ability to manage complex organizational dynamics both internally at SAP and externally with customers and partners.
- Continuous adaptability to unique business and cultural practices of each region/country.
- Strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to tailor, articulate, and clearly communicate messages relevant to each target audience.
- Understanding of SAP solutions portfolio and BTP services.
- Experience with one or more SAP Solutions, particularly S4/HANA.
- At least 3 years of experience working in the IT industry.
