About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Sales Representative to join our team in the Madrid area, Spain. As a member of our sales force, you will be responsible for providing clinical support to medical personnel and field staff during procedures, and contributing to the development of annual strategic plans by providing Regional Sales Managers, National Sales Managers, and Marketing with detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing or biomedical engineering degree, previous experience in an operating room (1-2 years), and be fluent in both English and Spanish. They should also be available to travel for business and able to work within a flexible and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities;
  • Developing and implementing a proactive plan to increase the quality of service to customers;
  • Performing procedural training, providing clinical support, and managing clinical evaluation;
  • Maintaining market share at BSC accounts by delivering excellent product in-servicing, evaluations, and continuous procedural education;
  • Recording customer information and activities in our CRM system;
  • Performing periodic updates with respective Sales Force and Commercial Contracting organization.
Requirements
  • Nurse or Biomedical Engineering degree;
  • Previous experience in an operating room (1-2 years), ideally within the field of haemodynamics;
  • Native/bilingual Spanish and good English level;
  • Availability to travel for business;
  • Ability to work within a flexible and dynamic working environment;
  • Based in the Madrid area.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum

This salary estimate is based on national averages for similar roles in the industry. The actual salary may vary depending on individual performance, experience, and other factors.
