Job Title: Senior IT Buyer/Purchasing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Buyer/Purchasing professional to join our team. As a key member of our Procurement Department, you will be responsible for managing IT outsourcing, ad-hoc IT/R&D contractors, and non-enterprise IT-related SaaS categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for software to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to reduce total costs and risks.
  • Lead RFx processes and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings.
  • Organize internal coordination of RFPs between different teams.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to hold suppliers accountable for performance and delivery.
  • Contribute to improving Procure-to-Pay processes and tools to drive efficiency and added value services.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business, Procurement & Supply Chain, or Engineering.
  • Significant experience in procurement, vendor management, contract management, and RFx.
  • Mandatory experience related to software and services/contractors.
  • Strong leadership skills, analytical and organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
