Job Title: Senior IT Buyer/Purchasing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT procurement professional to manage our IT outsourcing, ad-hoc IT/R&D contractors, and non-enterprise IT-related SaaS categories. As a Senior IT Buyer/Purchasing, you will develop sourcing strategies to streamline software procurement, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to reduce costs and risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for software and services to optimize procurement processes
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reduce total costs and risks
  • Lead RFx processes and achieve cost savings through negotiations
  • Organize internal coordination of RFPs between different teams
  • Develop and maintain metrics to hold suppliers accountable for performance and delivery
  • Contribute to improving Procure-to-Pay processes and tools to drive efficiency and added value services
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business, Procurement & Supply Chain, or Engineering
  • Significant experience in procurement, vendor management, contract management, and RFx
  • Mandatory experience related to software and services/contractors
  • Strong leadership skills to drive category strategies and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the supply market and supplier capabilities
