Job Title: Senior IT Buyer/Purchasing

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior IT Buyer to join our Procurement Department, reporting to the IT Procurement Manager. As part of the Global Category Team, your role will be to manage IT Outsourcing, Ad-hoc IT/R&D contractors, and All Non-Enterprise IT related SaaS categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sourcing strategies to streamline software and outsourcing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to reduce costs and risks.
  • Lead RFx and achieve cost savings through negotiations.
  • Organize internal coordination of RFPs between different teams.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to hold suppliers accountable for performance and delivery.
  • Contribute to improve Procure-to-Pay processes and tools.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Analyze category data and metrics to enforce Procurement category strategies.
  • Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with strategic suppliers.
