Job Title: Senior IT Buyer/Purchasing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Buyer/Purchasing professional to join our team at Criteo. As a key member of our Procurement Department, you will be responsible for managing IT outsourcing, ad-hoc IT/RD contractors, and non-enterprise IT-related SaaS categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sourcing strategies for software to streamline procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to reduce total costs and risks.
  • Lead RFx and achieve cost savings through negotiations.
  • Organize internal coordination of RFPs between different engaged teams.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to hold suppliers accountable for performance and delivery.
  • Contribute to improving Procure-to-Pay processes and tools to drive efficiency and added value services across business and Finance teams.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business, Procurement Supply Chain, or Engineering.
  • Significant experience in a Procurement organization performing vendor management, contract management, negotiating complex purchases, and running RFx.
  • Mandatory experience related to software and services/contractors.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive category strategies and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable about the supply market and supplier capabilities, technically and geographically.
  • Demonstrated ability as a Project Manager who can prioritize workload and manage complex projects within cost and schedule.
