Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to streamline software procurement, optimize outsourcing and contractors, and reduce total costs and risks. Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to achieve cost savings through negotiations. Lead RFx processes and develop metrics to hold suppliers accountable for performance and delivery. Contribute to improving Procure-to-Pay processes and tools to drive efficiency and added value services across business and Finance teams. Analyze category data and metrics to enforce Procurement category strategies and understand customers' needs and concerns across categories and regions. Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve supplier performance and strengthen business partnerships.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Business, Procurement & Supply Chain, or Engineering. Significant experience in Procurement organizations performing vendor management, contract management, negotiating complex purchases, and running RFx. Mandatory experience related to software and services/contractors. Strong leadership skills to drive category strategies and build strong relationships and trust with key stakeholders. Knowledgeable about the supply market and supplier capabilities, technically and geographically.
