Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Buyer/Purchasing to join our Procurement Department. As part of the Global Category Team, you will be responsible for managing IT outsourcing, ad hoc IT/R&D contractors, and non-enterprise IT-related SaaS categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize software and outsourcing costs
  • Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to reduce total costs and risks
  • Lead RFx and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings
  • Organize internal coordination of RFPs between different teams
  • Develop and maintain metrics to hold suppliers accountable for performance and delivery
  • Contribute to improving Procure-to-Pay processes and tools
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Analyze category data and metrics to enforce Procurement category strategies
  • Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with strategic suppliers
