Job Title: Senior IT Buyer/Purchasing

About the Role:

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Buyer to join our Procurement Department. As a key member of our Global Category Team, you will be responsible for managing IT outsourcing, ad-hoc IT/R&D contractors, and non-enterprise IT-related SaaS categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for software to streamline procurement processes.
  • Optimize outsourcing and contractors, including nearshore and offshore arrangements.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to reduce costs and risks.
  • Lead RFx processes and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings.
  • Organize internal coordination of RFPs between business, IIT, Trust & Compliance, Legal, and FP&A teams.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to hold suppliers accountable for performance and delivery.
  • Contribute to improving Procure-to-Pay processes and tools to drive efficiency and added value services.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to establish strong partnerships.
  • Analyze category data and metrics to inform procurement strategies and understand customer needs.
  • Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve supplier performance.
