Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Aloft Madrid Gran Via. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins, verifying identity, payment, and room assignments, while ensuring accurate accounts and rates.
  • Secure payment and verify billing, balancing and dropping receipts, and counting and securing bank at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees, while maintaining positive working relationships and supporting team goals.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, welcoming and acknowledging guests, anticipating and addressing their needs, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Enter and locate information using computers/POS systems, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
