VP of Revenue Operations

The RoleWe're seeking an experienced VP of Revenue Operations to drive transformational change and play a pivotal role in unlocking our next phase of growth. As a strategic architect of our revenue operations function, you'll build and inspire a world-class team of 25+, driving efficiency, optimising processes, and ensuring we scale in line with our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a forward-thinking revenue operations strategy that drives sustainable growth, optimising every stage of the sales process.
- Own the annual and quarterly sales capacity and go-to-market planning processes, setting ambitious revenue targets and establishing key KPIs to guide our success.
- Foster a culture of excellence by establishing a clear reporting cadence and performance tracking to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships to deliver seamless execution of revenue strategies, accurate forecasting, budgeting, and collaboration across teams.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering continuous improvement, professional growth, and innovation.
- Leverage insights to identify and implement operational improvements, from optimising commission structures to refining sales processes, ensuring our revenue engine operates at peak performance.
- Champion the adoption of cutting-edge sales technologies and tools to enhance productivity and drive revenue growth.
- Proven experience in leading and scaling Revenue Operations or SalesOps, ideally within a B2B SaaS, high-growth environment, with proven experience driving significant revenue growth.
- Sales leadership experience, with a clear understanding of how to align revenue operations with broader sales objectives.
- Data-driven strategic thinking, with exceptional analytical skills to connect operational actions to meaningful business outcomes.
- Inspirational leadership, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Operational excellence, with expertise in SaaS metrics, CRM systems, and experience implementing new tools and processes that optimise operations and drive growth.
- Collaborative and communicative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across departments.
