About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager for Undergraduate Programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing awareness of IE's undergraduate programs in Africa, planning and implementing business development and commercial activities to promote our programs, and participating in recruitment and enrollment activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to increase awareness and interest in IE's undergraduate programs in Africa.
  • Manage and implement commercial activities to promote IE's undergraduate programs in the region.
  • Participate in recruitment and enrollment activities, including fairs, school visits, presentations, and information sessions.
  • Develop a healthy and steady pipeline of candidates interested in IE's undergraduate programs.
  • Benchmark competitors' commercial activities and programs.
  • Report to the Channel Director and Regional Director on activities in the region.

Requirements

  • Great commercial skills and experience in sales, marketing, communications, or business development, preferably in the education sector.
  • Between 2-3 years of professional experience.
  • Master's degree from IE University.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity, open-mindedness, and creativity.
  • Great communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial drive.
  • Strong teamwork capability and a positive customer-oriented style.
  • Analytical and numerical skills.
  • Solution-oriented and a positive/can-do attitude.
  • Availability to travel across the region.
