Job Overview

The Field Sales Representative is a key role within the Mustad Hoofcare Group, responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and end-users
  • Provide product training and support to customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the equine industry or farm and ranch industry
  • Experience in the Amish market sector
  • Ability to travel extensively, primarily domestically

Work Environment:

  • Office environment with moderate noise level
  • Occasional travel to factory or warehouse environments
