Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Heritage. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree in a relevant field, such as sales, business, or marketing
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in the hazardous or environmental industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
