Job Summary

Heritage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or Science
  • 3 years of proven industry-related sales experience or 7+ years of proven related industry experience in lieu of degree
  • Proven sales ability and strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time, with overnight travel required
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job
