Job Description

The Digital Transformation Manager is a key role within our Global IT and Innovation practice. This position is responsible for enabling and accelerating our Digital Transformation Plan, which encompasses strategy, communication, transversal programs management, portfolio management, change management, vendor management and procurement, as well as cost control management and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the evolution of our digital strategy and its alignment with our business strategy.
  • Support the Portfolio Management area in the definition of transversal and business unit programs and initiatives, along with their corresponding KPIs, leveraging technology and innovation to achieve targets.
  • Challenge and enhance methodologies for evaluating strategic opportunities within technology and innovation areas.
  • Conduct external research, analyze case studies, build and track competitor landscapes and analyses, and benchmark cross-industry best practices.
  • Provide valuable inputs for management decisions, enhancing competitiveness and program effectiveness.
  • Support the definition and evolution of our IT operating and governance model across business units, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Design and implement frameworks for business evaluation, business planning, project management, and KPI tracking across transversal initiatives at a senior level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, IT and innovation, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
