Job Description

The Digital Transformation Manager is a key role within our Global IT & Innovation practice. This position is responsible for enabling and accelerating our Digital Transformation Plan, which encompasses strategy, communication, program management, portfolio management, change management, vendor management, procurement, cost control, and governance.

This role involves close collaboration with our Chief Information & Innovation Officer (CIIO) to support the evolution of our digital strategy. The Digital Transformation Manager will communicate key programs and initiatives across the organization, orchestrate executive meetings, and ensure alignment with our corporate strategy.

The successful candidate will build relationships across the organization, help teams connect across business areas and geographies, and influence stakeholders as needed. They will also support the Portfolio Management area in defining transversal and business unit programs and initiatives, leveraging technology and innovation to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the evolution of our digital strategy and its alignment with our business strategy
  • Defining and evolving the IT operating and governance model across business units
  • Designing and implementing frameworks for business evaluation, business planning, project management, and KPI tracking
  • Managing agendas, engaging with stakeholders, and coordinating activities crucial for the success of key priorities
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive digital and innovation communication strategy and plan
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Higher Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field)
  • Proven experience of 5-10 years in leading complex multi-functional transformation programs across different geographies
  • Business consulting skills developed in a corporate environment or at management consultancies (a plus but not mandatory)
  • High-level proficiency in English
  • Strong command of the MS Office suite
