About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our Connected Consumer Engagement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving our digital transformation, aimed at enabling our brands to connect with consumers in outstanding ways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analyses of our website's performance, with a particular focus on content engagement and e-commerce effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Diageo's Embedded Analytics team to apply global measurement plans and utilize Diageo's existing analytical frameworks.
  • Optimize content architecture to ensure our digital presence is a vibrant and dynamic reflection of our consumers' preferences and interests.
  • Lead A/B testing efforts to drive engagement and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Directly lead the CMS to update and build new sections, ensuring our content remains dynamic and engaging.

Requirements

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about analytics and data-driven decision-making, with hands-on experience in handling content management systems (CMS). You will be responsible for using analytics to enhance our digital presence across content and e-commerce platforms.
