As an IT Support Engineer Intern at Amazon, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading engineers to solve complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional IT support to our customers, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
  • Manage and deploy a diverse range of IT devices and technologies across our various site types.
  • Diagnose and reproduce technical issues with Amazon technology products, identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
  • Work on innovative projects that have a direct impact on our customer experience, collaborating with the Amazon Operations teams to drive results.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and standardize systems, enhancing the customer experience.
A Day in the Life

As an Amazon Operations IT intern, you will work alongside the industry's brightest engineers who innovate every day on behalf of our customers. You will be matched to a local IT supervisor and mentor, working together with the local IT team to provide technical support to the Operations network. Your work will contribute to solving complex technical challenges, and you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in fun activities with other interns.

About the Team

Amazon Operations IT teams keep Amazon's operations running smoothly by resolving complex hardware, software, server, and infrastructure issues. Our support model is based on both on-site and remote support teams spread across our network, providing IT services to all Amazon Operations buildings.
